We are pleased to inform you that, beginning in March 2026, El Paso Water will assume responsibility for sanitation billing and customer service. The first sanitation charge under this transition will appear on your April 2026 bill.

Additionally, as part of this streamlined billing transition, the monthly sanitation rate for one bin will decrease from $31.10 to $25.06.

Please note the following important details:

• Village of Vinton will continue to process sanitation service requests through February 22, 2026. Effective February 23, 2026, El Paso Water will assume full responsibility for all sanitation services.

• Any outstanding sanitation balances with the Village of Vinton must be remitted directly to the Village of Vinton.

• All future sanitation charges will be billed and payable through El Paso Water.
