Important Sanitation Information

• Due date for all sanitation accounts is on or before the 1st of each month.
• A grace period for late payments will be accepted without penalty if they are received by the end of the business day on the 15th. The close of the business day is 5:30 p.m.
• Any payments received after will be subject to a $15.00 late fee.

• If the 15th lands on a weekend or holiday, the following business day will be the grace period deadline.

• Our office is closed the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month due to our Drive Thru Community Food Pantry. If the 15th falls on a Friday when we are closed, residents have until the following business day to make their payment on time without acquiring a late fee.

• In addition to the weekly collection of solid waste, the Village of Vinton will periodically provide Bulk Waste days where a special collection of bundles, construction debris, furniture, electronics, tires and oil will be collected.

• Trash bins are serviced and collected by El Paso Disposal. El Paso Disposal requires for all trash bins to be placed on the curb by 6 a.m. every Monday.
