Farmers Market Vendor Registration

The Village of Vinton is excited to launch our new Farmers Market and invites local vendors to be part of this growing community tradition.

Whether you grow fresh produce, bake homemade goods, create handcrafted items, operate a food business, or own a local small business, we welcome your participation in helping create a vibrant marketplace that brings our community together while supporting local businesses.

Market Information

  • Location: Dr. Applegate Park
  • Schedule: First Saturday of each month (dates are subject to change)
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Vendor Registration

Vendors must register for each monthly market they wish to attend.

  • Registration deadline: 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before each market.
  • To be included in the featured vendor list, registrations must be submitted at least one week before the market date.
  • Event coordinator will contact vendors if additional information or documentation is needed before the event.

Vendor Fee

Registration is free.

Vendor Agreement & Event Rules

Vendors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their own booths, and must be fully set up no later than 30 minutes before the event begins. Each vendor is required to bring their own tables, chairs, weather protection (such as canopies or tents), and any other necessary equipment. To ensure public and vendor safety, all canopy structures must be secured to prevent accidents or damage caused by wind. Weights are required; stakes or ground drilling are not permitted. The Village of Vinton will assign booth spaces at its discretion, and all assignments are final. Vendors should also come prepared with a cash bank to make change, as no central payment or change system will be provided. The Village of Vinton is not responsible for any losses in sales, inventory, or equipment due to weather, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents. The Village of Vinton reserves the right to deny participation to any vendor displaying items deemed inappropriate for the event.
